CONCEPT PAPER "BE A VOTER, A GOOD ONE"
INTRODUCTION
Many people believe that corruption is almost everywhere, I also believe in it. Even in an small community, yes, it is happening. I know, not in all places. But corruption is almost in all aspect. Filipinos are smart enough to realize that the solution for corruption is within our minds abd hands. Yes, it is in our hands. Voting, voting is the best way to eliminate corruption. Voting, sounds so simple, right? For some, it's just a simple thing. Actually it's just a simple thing. It's just being hard because of bad people who's destroying the viting system. I am not referring to the machine itself, but to the so called "vote buying". Wherein powerful candidates for the election are using their power to manipulate voters' mind through their money. We know that money takes big part in our daily living here on earth because it is one of the most important and first thing we need to live. Poor people who need it the most, have been used to gather votes. Not just the people who fall below the poverty line. Even people in the upper part who are so eager in having money in just a minute or in just a short time. You love our country, right? But you don't have to use weapons to fight for our nation like what our heroes did. You don't have to write novels and published it like what our national hero did. Indeed, you don't have to make your life at risk in fighting for the country or to sacrifice your life to show that you love our country. Voting with dignity is just so simple, right? Just a simple way, but by that simple way, love for our country can be shown. That's why this project is entitled "BE A VOTER, A GOOD ONE". Vote for our country, vote for our country with dignity.
PURPOSE
The project, BE A VOTER, A GOOD ONE is conducted to convince every person who are not registered as voters. To convince them to be a registered one. To make that posible, their eyes must be opened for them to bw able to see the big problem in our country. To see how corrupt officials corrupted the funds of our country. The funds that are supposedly for improvements, projects, programs, and funds. Fund that must be for people who are needing the help of the government of the Philippines. But because of corrupt officials, funds disappeared. Because of disappearance of funds, the country have big loan amount to many banks. Our poor country got more poor ang poor because of corruption. That's why corruption must be stopped.
DESCRIPTION
Informing our fellow citizen of our country, Philippines, may help to enlighten their mind about their responsibility to the nation. Giving the information they must know to convince them to be a registered voter and to be a good one. Voting is our right, but it is also our responsibility We are responsible to vote, to vote wisely and with dignity. We love ourself, we love our family. Then we must love our country because it is where we and our family live. Our country affects our daily lives. If our country have a big problem, we, who live in it also have big problem. Our country's problem is also our problem. So let's work together to help our nation develops its better one. The project, BE A VOTER, A GOOD ONE will be implemented by giving flyers to the citizens of our country regarding the importance of being a voter and a good voter.

SUPPORT
The project don't need large amount to implement it. Just little amount for flyers. These flyers have the information about corruption also on how to avoid it. By being a voter, a good one just like what the project is named.
